CAM licensed and experienced manager for luxury condominium in Aventura. Excellent experience, credentials and integrity are required. Must be able to diplomatically deal with residents, be an excellent communicator in person and in writing, and also have an understanding of the economics and finances of running a luxury building. Must also have excellent computer skills and be able to initiate programs for the betterment and maintenance of the community and take control of the staff on the premises.
