CAM manager for Winter Haven master association. Need to be versed in all facets of Florida CAM management and 5+ years of previous experience for this size community. Need excellent knowledge of Florida Laws and association bylaws. Must be able to interact with board members and owners. Must have strong communications, organizational and follow up skills. This position requires computer skills, strong financial and accounting knowledge as well as ability to interface with outside vendors and service providers. Manger must present a managers report at board meetings. Association amenities include a heated pool and spa, clubhouse, tennis courts, docks, boat ramp and 24 hour security.
