Carl Rosendorf Is the New Manager of Rock Creek!
Rock Creek Homeowners Association has hired Carl Rosendorf as their new manager. Rock Creek is in Cooper City and has lakes and extensive landscaping. Carl has over 10 years of association management experience. He said, "I started my new job at Rock Creek two weeks ago and have found the staff, board members and residents very friendly, helpful and supportive. Everyone has made me feel right at home. I hope this community will be my home away from home for many years."
Fred Eason has recently started his new job as manager of Cedarwoods Townhouses, a 595 unit association in Pembroke Pines. Fred has been a community association manager in South Florida for 11 years. The Sandpiper has hired the management team of Tom and Diane Moreno. Tom and Diane have over 10 years of experience in all phases of community association management. The Sandpiper has 84 units and is on the ocean in New Smyrna Beach. Jose Garcell began his first management position with Florida Property Management. He is now managing two associations in Kendall.
Gwen Propst has already begun at her new job at Serenade on Palmer Ranch, a condominium conversion in Sarasota. Vizcaya Condominium has employed Pat Naldrett-Bilodeau as their new manager. Vizcaya has 256 units and is in Bradenton. Carolyn Bonck has been hired by the Continental Group to manage a condominium conversion in Miami. Carolyn is a Hurricane Katrina evacuee who lost her home, job, car and all of her personal belongings. She evacuated with one small suitcase and her pet Pomeranian. She said, ""I am thrilled to be working with The Continental Group, they are a very employee oriented company."
