Bridgette Ross Is the New Manager of Park North!
Bridgette Ross has recently started her new job as manager of Park North. Park North is a 303 unit upscale community in downtown Orlando. Bridgette has been a community association manager for seven years and also has her Broker's license. She will first be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition as the community converts to a condominium association. Ocean Pines has hired the management team of Ray and Stephanie Streit. Ray and Stephanie previously managed a beachfront association in Delray Beach. Ocean Pines has 54 units and is on the ocean in Highland Beach.
Marcia Collins has already begun at her new job at Harbour House, a gorgeous, gated, 128 unit association on Harbour Island in Tampa. Marcia brings 15 years of management experience to her new position. Ocean Towers has employed Thomas Daly as their new part time manager. Ocean Towers has 158 units on the ocean in Hutchinson Island. They suffered major hurricane damage from two storms last year. Tom will be working on restoration efforts. He has over 20 years of experience, including having his own company. He has done multiple site management and for the last five years managed a large property owners association in Vero Beach.
