Bill and Laura Hoak are The New Management Team for Stratford at Pelican Bay!
Stratford at Pelican Bay has hired Bill and Laura Hoak as their new resident managers. Stratford at Pelican Bay is a beautiful 82 unit community in Naples. Bill and Laura moved to Naples from Ponce Inlet, where Bill served as mayor for several years. Bill has an accounting degree, and his background includes over 20 years of management contributions, primarily in the hospitality industry. Laura worked for over 20 years in public and private accounting and has solid skills in all aspects of business office operations. Bill said, "This appears to be a perfect fit for us. They are great people and this is a great community!"
Maynard Lord is the new manager of Clarendon in Highland Beach. Maynard has a strong maintenance background and 9 years of community association management experience in South Florida. Clarendon is a 42 unit oceanfront condominium. Castel Del Mare recently hired Janell Jurrens to manage their association. Castel Del Mar is a 185 unit association on the intracoastal in Sarasota. Janell lives in Bradenton and has been managing for 6 years. She said, "Thank you so much for your assistance to find the right fit for my career. It looks like it will be a win-win for all involved."
