CAM for a country club community in Naples. Must thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service for members and guests. Must be eager to provide one on one customer service with the understanding that you represent the face of the community. Will be responsible for the overall owner experience and daily life within the community focused on providing exceptional service to assure the needs of the members and guests are always exceeded. At least 2-3 years of CAM or related business experience highly preferred. Outstanding customer service, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

General Purpose:

Will direct and oversee all aspects of the club and facility, including activities and relationships between guests, associates and community. Will have the ultimate responsibility for maximum member and guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Essential Duties:

* Coordinate internal recourses and oversee vendors to maintain landscaping and common area clean up.

* Manage the security and greeter’s cottage, including overall access for members, guests and construction.

* Manage the process of repair and maintenance of roads, street signage and lighting, trail system and storm water retention areas.

* Oversee the reserve study for association assets.

* Oversee the coordination of communications.

* Assist with collection of dues, assessments and other charges, send reminder letters.

* Partner with the board, coordinate and attend board meetings, track board minutes and resolutions.

* Track and maintain financial, compliance and corporate records, recorded membership and disclosure statements, as well as governing documents.

* Maintain board training and planned community statute compliance.

* Maintain certifications and education that pertain to the role and responsibilities.

* Partners with executive leadership to manage insurance coverage.

* Customarily and regularly direct, supervise and evaluate the work of two or more full time associates. Such responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling and disciplinary actions.

* Exercise independent judgment in managing staff to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the community, including delegation of tasks and responsibilities.

Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements:

* Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem solving ability.

* Highly organized and detail oriented with an ability to multitask.

* Capacity to plan, organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.

* Proficient in information technology, including Outlook, Microsoft platforms and industry related programs.
