Part time manager for the clubhouse and amenities for a homeowners association in Delray Beach, 20-25 hours per week as an independent contractor.
Responsibilities:
* Check the grounds for maintenance and liability issues.
* Oversee the landscapers and sprinkler maintenance.
* Schedule fire and smoke detector inspections.
* Schedule air conditioning maintenance.
* Check security lights throughout the clubhouse, replace bulbs.
* Supervise cleaning of bathrooms and public areas.
* Address complaints and suggestions from residents.
* Oversee tennis court remodel, report problems with suggestions to remedy.
* Make sure pool chairs and umbrellas are clean and in good working order.
* Schedule maintenance for the pool and jacuzzi.
* Keeps locks and fences in proper working order.
* Manage iguana control.
