Community association manager for an association in Flagler Beach. Will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the community is maintained and operated according to the management agreement. Responsibilities include working closely with the board to manage and operate the community and facilitate solutions to problems. Must perform regular inspections for overall maintenance and repair and with reference to violations and enforcement. Strong management skills, customer service skills and supervisory skills in support of the care and maintenance of the community.

Requirements:

* 2-5 years of experience.

* Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but is not required.
