Full time community association manager to manage several sub associations within a master association in Boynton Beach, immediate opening. The sub associations include condominiums and homeowners associations. This is for a fast paced office and ability to multi task is essential. Prior community association management experience is required. Knowledge of TOPS is helpful. Knowledge of Florida statutes is helpful, but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Will report to the general manager.
Will work with a team that includes:
* An administrative assistant/assistant manager who works directly with the CAM.
* A general manager responsible to the master board.
* An office manager that oversees office functions, accounting and general management.
* A maintenance director responsible for overseeing management functions on all associations.
* A security director that oversees security at multiple gates for the whole community.

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for managing all aspects of assigned associations in the community.
* Attend association meetings. Responsible for preparing and posting meeting agendas and packages and taking and preparing the minutes.
* Develop bid specifications and issue bid requests.
* Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance director.
* Provide administrative support to associations.
* Communicate with presidents, board members and committees.
* Resolve issues from owners and residents regarding onsite issues and needs.
* Assist in the development of budgets and monthly accounting reports.
* Assist the office manager with billing and account questions.
* Assist associations in complying with statutory requirements for community websites.
* Assist in analysis and problem resolution.
* Provide weekly updates on activities, issues, problems or concerns to the general manager and monthly updates to the sub associations. Job #11667
