Experienced manager for an upscale condominium in Fort Lauderdale. At least 5 years of experience is required. Must be highly organized and have a solid management background. Excellent written and communication skills are a must. Must be courteous and capable to handle resident concerns effectively. Must have the ability to manage staff, including security, maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping and overseeing contractors. An engineering background would be good.
Requirements:
* Ability to obtain bids for projects.
* Knowledge of the budgeting process.
* Able to attend and report at association meetings.
* Ability to interpret financial reports.
