Experienced community association manager for a community in Longboat Key. Must have at least 5 years of association management experience.
Requirements:
* 5 years of association management experience.
* Experience with association turn over.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
* Professional customer service skill is a must.
* Detail oriented, self motivated and great communicator.
* Ability to prioritize and be organized.
* Knowledge of federal and state laws governing the operation of community associations.
* Reliable transportation, strong time management and problem solving skills, patience and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with vendors and owners.
* Supervise an onsite assistant.
* Supervise the administrative work and personally perform some of the administrative work and light bookkeeping, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and invoicing.
* Supervise turnover of the development to the association.
* Monitor monthly financial statements and distribute to board.
* Know documents and rules and regulations of the community.
* Manage board meetings, board elections, agendas, meeting minutes and financial reports.
* Monitor delinquencies and keep track of collections.
* Review vendor bids, inspect the community with onsite maintenance department and coordinate more in depth third party inspections.
* Supervise community projects.
* Assist with yearly budget preparations, as well as the mid year review of the budget.
