Martin Bretz Is the New Manager of Pompano Surf Club!
Pompano Surf Club has hired Martin Bretz as their new manager. Martin previously served on the board of a Fort Lauderdale association for 13 years. Pompano Surf Club is a 72 unit beachfront condominium in Pompano Beach. James Krupinski is the new manager of Le Chateau Royal in South Palm Beach. James has over 15 years of community association management experience in South Florida, most recently for a condominium in Hillsboro Beach.
Mira Novak has started at her new job as manager of Palm Chase Lakes in Boynton Beach. Palm Chase Lakes has 348 units with a pool, tennis courts and a clubhouse. Mira previously worked as a portfolio manager for a Palm Beach County management company for 4 years. She said, "The board, maintenance group and owners have welcomed me. It feels good!"
