Areas: Jensen Beach

Association manager for the Stuart area. Will be responsible for providing guidance, leadership and management to ensure the associations are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives.


* Attend and coordinate all meetings, including board, annual members and budget meetings, including preparation of meeting notices and minutes.

* Act as the liaison between the association and management company, including an open line of communication with the board.

* Manage the provision of services by outside vendors, including financial activities, such as payment of vendor invoices, budget review and management, preparation and filing of related tax returns and preparation of periodic financial statements.

* Manage and implement appropriate preventive and remedial maintenance programs, including improvement projects for proper upkeep and enhancement of the association.

* Oversee the insurance programs for each association, working in conjunction with the board and insurance broker.

* Make recommendations to the board, relating to the operation of the community, including community operations and governance.

* Maintains the association’s fact sheet with accurate and current information.

* Prepare and provide periodic management reports to the board, as well as appropriate materials needed prior to board meetings.

* Assist the board in maintaining ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations as well as the governing documents and maintaining a line of communication with the legal counsel.

* Provide guidance to the association regarding emergency procedures and communications.


* Computer savvy with experience in Office, Excel, TOPS, Outlook, etc.

* Project management experience helpful.

* Must possess a strong managerial background with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a community association manager preferred.

* Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
