Areas: Tampa

Portfolio manager for associations in Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando and Citrus Counties, immediate opening. Must have 2 years of experience with managing a portfolio of associations. Must be a team player and be able to hit the ground running. Training or shadowing will not be offered. Must be a self starter, able to solve problems, make decisions and manage time effectively. The hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with evening meetings. Will be on call nights and weekends for the associations managed in your portfolio.

Will perform inspections and do all of your own administrative cycles. Other duties include creating and managing budgets, working with TOPS or similar association management software, very good communication skills, understand and be conversant with financial reports. Will assist around the office, such as take out the trash, clean kitchen after yourself, change air filters, move boxes, assist with the storage unit, etc. Being a team player is essential.
