Areas: Vero Beach

Assistant manager for an oceanfront association in Vero beach, CAM license not required, immediate opening. Minimum of 3 years experience with QuickBooks and customer service experience required. Must have the ability to work on call on nights and weekends. Experience with construction and building maintenance preferred.

Requirements:

* Quickbooks: high level of proficiency with accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting entries, account reconciliation, monthly close.

* Accounting: general understanding of accounting concepts.

* Finance: general knowledge of banking and cash management skills.

* Computers: working knowledge of computer software.

* Pleasant, can do attitude with excellent customer service skills.

* Excellent organization and communication skills.

* Ability to coordinate operations including ability to manage staff.

Responsibilities:

* Accounting and QuickBooks.

* Operations including managing and scheduling staff.

* Concierge services for owners, including a wide variety of tasks.
