Peter Stack is the new manager of Royal Arms Condominium, a community with 338 units in Altamonte Springs. Peter was previously a community association manager for an association in Key West for over 9 years, and has served with the United States Coast Guard. Bill and Denise Dollahite are the new management team at Horizons Condominium in Daytona. Horizons is a 70 unit condominium on the ocean. The Dollahites are from Mississippi and this is their first management position. Some of their first responsibilities will include hurricane restoration work.
Some other recent new positions include Steve Cohen is now the manager of Hillsboro Cove, a 318 unit association on the Hillsboro River in Deerfield Beach. Pat Naldrett-Bilodeau has started her new position with C&S Condominium Management Services in Bradenton. Elliott Merrill has hired Richard Musial as a portfolio manager for the Saint Lucie County area. Kenneth Zahn has accepted the manager's position at Washington Tower II. Ken is from Sarasota and has over 6 years of association management experience. Washington Tower II is a 114 unit golf course community in West Palm Beach.
