Areas: Naples

Part time manager for an association in the North Naples area, very flexible about the days and hours. Self motivated manager sought for a 1 person office onsite. Prior association management experience strongly preferred. Timely response to after hours and emergency calls is expected.

Requirements:

* Excellent interpersonal communication and problem solving skills, positive attitude, honesty and integrity.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and effectiveness and set priorities appropriately.

* Proficient with technology, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative, operational and managerial service to the board and residents.

* Communicate effectively with the board, owners, vendors and renters in person and electronically.

* Have knowledge of Chapter 718.

* Enforce the rules and regulations.

* Ensure board requests are fulfilled in compliance with the documents.

* Coordinate efforts for planning, budgeting and control of operating and capital expenditures.

* Assist the board in selection of vendors, including obtaining bids and following through with project progression.

* Oversee and authorize payment for services including the review and approval of vendor invoices.

* Prepare for and attend board meetings and budget meetings.

* Respond to resident requests with professionalism as the board’s point of contact.

* Notify the board of all unusual events, circumstances, and safety and quality control issues.

* Regularly inspect common elements and individual units. Job #12588
