Office manager for an association in Palm Beach, immediate opening, CAM license not required. Must have a professional attitude and excellent organization and record keeping skills.

Responsibilities:

* Answer the office telephone.

* Check the association’s mailbox and take care of the mail.

* Respond to complaints.

* Call in service for office equipment and supply orders.

* Issue parking tags and bike tags.

* Type correspondence and make appointments for the manager, committees and board.

* Answer emails within 24 hours.

* Check all invoices and billing statements. Code all invoices.

* Handle rental and sales applications, process paperwork, collect appropriate fees and set appointments for interviews.

* Back up the computer.

* Process payroll.

* Send violation notices and mailings.

* Update the owner's list.

* Maintain the unit owner and association files for proper record keeping.
