Professional manager for a high rise condominium in Fort Lauderdale. Must have 3+ years of experience managing a condominium of more than 200 units. Will be responsible for managing a staff of 10+ employees, including office, security, housekeeping and maintenance. Will include hiring, firing, reviews and staff development.

Requirements:

* Effective interpersonal skills with owners, peers and staff.

* Financial management experience preparing the annual budget and managing annual costs to the budget.

* Contract negotiation skills.

* Must be calm in a crisis.
