Responsibilities:

* Know the associations and perform tasks in accordance with their terms.

* Routinely review the associations and report architectural and violations to the board members and your direct report.

* Assist the boards with obtaining bids from qualified and approved vendors.

* Handle all association correspondence.

* Attend annual meetings.

* Review work orders and make recommendations for repetitive problems or occurrences.

* Ensure continuity on all information being sent to the boards and residents.

* Proactively handle state statute requirements and upcoming changes.
