Areas: West Palm Beach

Full time portfolio manager for associations in South Palm Beach County. Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Must have the ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Must also have the ability to represent and implement the management company standards of ethics, integrity and high standards for quality workmanship. Excellent interpersonal and customer focus are prerequisites for the position.

Requirements:

* Excellent management, supervisory and communication skills required to deal effectively with board, residents, vendors, legal and other professionals.

* Team player.

* Strong customer service orientation.

* English fluency: bilingual a plus.

* Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.

* Strong organization and administrative abilities.

* Strong computer skills, including TOPS, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.

* Strong advanced business understanding and familiarity with association financial statements.

* Knowledge of onsite maintenance requirements including dealing with maintenance staff, vendors and contractors on behalf of associations.
