Areas: Miami

Portfolio manager for associations in the Homestead and Kendall areas. Must be familiar with the rules and regulations applicable to each association and assist each association's board of directors with carrying out its duties and enforcing the rules and regulations. Will be responsible for community upkeep, coordinating repairs, coordinating special assessments and responding to inquiries from association residents.

Skills/Knowledge:

* Customer service.

* Administration and management.

* Familiarity with Florida laws governing community associations.

* Negotiation.

* Construction basics and related costs.

* Clerical.

* Strong communication ability.

* Math and accounting.

Tasks:

* Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

* Investigate complaints, disturbances, violations and resolve problems following association rules and regulations.

* Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, remodeling or construction projects.

* Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of communities.

* Attend board meetings and be available to respond to questions by the association board or members, present a manager's report when requested. Salary plus $250 per month for gas, tolls and cell phone. Job #11788
