Bilingual condominium manager for a condominium hotel in Hallandale Beach. Must have a strong customer service background with experience in an environment that believes in a hospitality culture. The focus of the position will be to oversee operations and act as the liaison between the general manager, the board and owners on all service related matters and administrative functions alongside the hotel manager. It is imperative to be fully bilingual in Spanish and English. Will have direct oversight of the administrative assistant, concierge team and front desk team.

Will be required to interface with owners, board members and hotel personnel staff as it relates to residential matters and interface with corporate representatives in the development, facilitation of the rental program. Will oversee cost allocation, budget development and compliance.

Responsibilities:

* Administrative and financial duties: collections, deposits, bank statements, monthly review of owner statements, invoices, billing and payments.

* Must have strong basic accounting knowledge (accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounts payable, processing invoices), will work closely with the accounting team.

* Complete the condominium association's budget.

* Complete monthly variance explanation for condo related expenses and executive summary.

* Responsible for all administrative duties, including meeting notices, minutes, distribution of budgets.

* Facilitate board meetings, budget and annual meetings.

* Complete and document regular monthly inspections.

* Conduct the bid process for projects.

* Coordinate work orders from residents with the Maintenance Department.

* Complete and maintain records for preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical equipment, repairs to equipment and records of emergencies.

* Identify preventive maintenance projects and coordinate schedule with staff.

* Read and interpret documents in English and Spanish.

* Write routine reports, correspondence, business letters, summaries and reports in English using prescribed format, and conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style.

* Distribute violation notices.

* Excellent oral and written skills in Spanish and English, 90% of owner communications are in Spanish. Job #12509
