CAM for a waterfront condominium in Fort Lauderdale, 4 days per week. Will oversee and coordinate all maintenance, development, and construction activities associated with a large condominium. Will act as a liaison to all outside service providers including contractors, utility companies, government and regulatory agencies, attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and real estate agents. Will supervise all staff and security personnel working onsite. Will also be responsible for resolving the many issues that arise with residents of the association.


* At least 3 years of experience in association management.

* College degree preferable, but not required.

* Understand association management software. Proficient in basic information, including email and Microsoft software.

* Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of residents and offer appropriate solutions.

* Knowledge of association management principles, procedures and standards.

* Understanding of financial principles of real estate transactions.

* Ability to understand basic accounting principles and financial statements.

* Project planning skills.

* Supervisory skills currently for 3 employees and our security staff.

* Ability to develop bid specifications and evaluate bids from contractors.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of residents in a diverse community.

* Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.

* Knowledge of state ordinances pertinent to condominium management.
