Areas: Naples

Bilingual maintenance supervisor for an association in South Naples, CAM license not required. A minimum of 3 years of maintenance work experience, preferably in a condominium association. Will ensure that all mechanical systems and equipment are operational and properly maintained. Will directly supervise employees in the Maintenance Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required. Must know how to perform research using the Internet. Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Essential Functions:

* Complete daily work orders as scheduled.

* Organize materials, tools and equipment to perform daily assignments.

* Maintain timelines and work schedules in accordance with the preventive maintenance program.

* Assist engineering personnel regarding routine and preventive maintenance.

* Perform casual labor properly, such as lifting and moving heavy items following appropriate safety procedures.

* Provide minor maintenance replacement and repairs in the areas of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, painting, flooring and other building repairs.

* Replace worn or damaged parts such as hoses, wiring and belts in machines and equipment.

* Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work.

* Maintain the proper use, cleaning, maintenance and storage of all tools.

* Ensure security of assigned keys.

* Must be able to multi task.

* Working days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but can vary depending on the community's needs, may include occasional weekends.
