Portfolio manager for Naples associations. Must be energetic and dedicated.

The position includes assisting boards and committees, managing vendors, analyzing financial statements and budgets, managing rules enforcement, managing boards, owners and annual meetings. Preferred experience of 3+ years is nice, but less experienced candidates will be considered. Will hire for attitude and train for skills. Must have the ability to work with boards and have good diplomatic skills. Must be organized, communicate effectively and provide accurate feedback. CAI designations are a plus. Each manager has their own admin, and that admin only serves that manager in a true one to one relationship.

Requirements:

* Understanding of the community association business and financial statements with an understanding of basic accounting principles.

* Ability to motivate, cultivate and negotiate with boards and committees.

* Professional verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong computer skills, must be proficient with Microsoft Office.

* Strong organization and time management skills.

* High integrity, honesty and professionalism.

* Ability to work unsupervised. No micro managing here.

* Exceptionally strong customer service orientation.

* Possess great attention to detail.

* Ability to multi task effectively.

* Ability to supervise vendors, contractors and maintenance personnel.

* Must attend meetings.

* Be available to change tasks and refocus constantly while maintaining a high level of proficiency.
