General manager/Club manager for an association in the Bonita Springs/Naples area. Will work to insure the successful operation of the community. Will assure that the needs of the members and guests are always exceeded. Must have working knowledge of Florida statutes. Previous management experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred. Knowledge of fine dining preferred. Proven leadership experience is mandatory. Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with managers, residents, guests and employees in one on one and small group situations in a fast paced environment. Ability to motivate and develop employees. Must be computer literate. Actively seek growth and development within the profession. Understanding that growth participation is directly related to personal efforts and dedication to the profession.


* Deliver and promote prompt, courteous and outgoing friendly service to all residents, guests and employees.

* Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.

* Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems.

* Inspect grounds, facilities and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.

* Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs, renovations and maintenance.

* Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and remodeling or construction projects.

* Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of the community.

* Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses.

* Prepare and administer contracts for provision of services such as cleaning, maintenance and security services.
