Areas: Orlando

Full time accounting manager for a mid sized management company in Seminole County, immediate opening, CAM license not required. Will maintain all financial records, and bank reconciliations of all bank accounts related to the associations. Will assist the association treasurers with financial needs including budgets, monthly and year-end financial reporting. At least 5 years of financial accounting experience, and working with community associations is required. Must have experience with various computer accounting and financial software with a strong preference to TOPS software. Minimum of BS/BA Degree in accounting, business or finance. Prior work experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise accounting staff.

* Prepare monthly and yearly financial statements.

* Assist in preparation of all association's budgets and enter all budgets into the accounting system.

* Assist in the research and selection of investment choices for available funds.

* Assist with transitioning new clients to include coordination of setting up new accounts and closing out prior ones. Job #12399
