Full time administrative management assistant for a management company in Boca Raton, CAM license not required. Must be a people first driven professional with knowledge of the homeowners association violations process, architectural review process, Grievance Committee and Appeals, etc. Will have the support of CAMs and Human Resources to aid in the day to day management duties. Significant opportunity for growth.


*Minimum of 2 years of condominium and homeowners association experience.

* Knowledge of the violations process, codes and architectural review process.

*Superior administrative skills: TOPS, Outlook, Word, Excel, Cinc, Power Point, etc.

*Impeccable organization, time management and customer service skills.

*Strong written and communication skills in English/Spanish would be a plus.

*Organize the monthly board of director packages.

*Attend evening monthly board and committee meetings.

*Prepare and process monthly billing of commercial accounts.

*Assist with gathering proposals and product and services research.

*Attend monthly committee and board meetings.

* Update and maintain the association website and in house channel regularly.

* Proficient working directly with residents to address and document concerns.
