Areas: Sarasota

Onsite community association manager for an association in South Sarasota. Will work directly with the board to insure the successful operation of the community. At least 3-5 years of CAM experience is preferred with working knowledge of Florida statutes. Must have the ability to communicate effectively with residents and employees in a fast paced environment. Must be computer literate and actively seek growth and development within the profession.

Requirements:

* Deliver and promote prompt, courteous and outgoing friendly service.

* Direct and coordinate the activities of contracted vendors and evaluate their performance.

* Facilitate and prepare paperwork for meetings.

* Investigate complaints, disturbances and violations and resolve problems.

* Inspect the grounds, facilities and equipment to determine repairs or maintenance.

* Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs and maintenance.

* Plan, schedule and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs and construction projects.

* Maintain records of maintenance and operating costs.

* Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports.

* Confer regularly with community association members to ensure their needs are being met.

* Meet with the board and committees to discuss and resolve legal and environmental issues. Job #12355
