Areas: Fort Lauderdale

Strong full time manager for 2 condominium associations in the Hollywood/Margate area. Must be a results oriented and people first driven experienced manager with superior administrative skills and experience. Will have the support of an administrative assistant, screening and estoppels, accounts receivable, accounts payable, human resources and payroll to aid in the day to day management duties.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years of condominium management experience.

* Proficient in Cinc, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

* Strong written and communication skills in English and Spanish would be a plus.

* Experienced with budget preparation and financial review.

* Knowledge of state regulatory agency statutes.

* Organize and attend the annual meeting and monthly board meetings.

* Execution of obtaining bids, overseeing building projects and maintaining external contracts.

* Strong community association management administrative skills.

* Impeccable organizational skills.

* Problem resolution skills.

* French speaking would be a plus.
