Over $1.5 Million in Salaries Placed This Year!
As 2004 draws to a close, I have reflected on the past 12 months and the unprecedented success we have seen in CondoJobs. A year ago, we made the decision to work diligently to improve the effectiveness of our recruiting service. My move from the editorial department to CondoJobs was an effort to use my 19 years of experience in this career field to reach that goal. We have also listened to the ideas and suggestions of board members and managers, which has enabled us to learn how to meet their needs better. It is our continued goal to match licensed community association managers with communities and management companies who are in need of their services.
I am proud to announce that the salaries of the managers we placed this year total $1,568,400! Their total compensation package figures that include apartments, health coverage and other benefits are much higher. This success further demonstrates that we are Florida's premier recruiting service dedicated to meeting the needs of community association board members and managers. Next month will be our 19th year for providing these services, and we're looking forward to many more.
