Portfolio community association manager needed to oversee the daily operations of condominiums and homeowners associations in the Palm Beach County area. Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within the company for the right motivated individual.

Will provide management, direction and leadership to ensure the communities are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives exceeding the expectations of the clients. Responsibilities include day to day support of the associations, obtaining vendor quotes, managing vendor services and ensuring work is performed to the association’s expectations as well as transcribing meeting minutes, taking appropriate action after meetings and disseminating results of board decisions to appropriate parties.

A successful manager facilitates solutions to problems, assists in the enforcement of the governing documents, ensures accuracy of invoicing, provides oversight of contracted work, attends meetings and communicates effectively and professionally at all levels, both written and orally.

Must have a thorough working knowledge of condominium and homeowners association Florida statutes and have a proven track record of customer service experience. This position requires effective interpersonal and time management skills and the ability to prioritize, plan, execute tasks and meet deadlines is critical.

Must possess a strong background in association management offering a minimum of 3 years of experience as a portfolio licensed community association manager. The company believes in the managers having a limited portfolio to exceed client’s expectations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook a must. TOPS experience preferred. Job #10842
