John Trimpe Is the New Manager of Longboat Harbour!

Longboat Harbour Owners Association has hired John Trimpe as their new community association manager. John has been a manager for over 12 years, and is a retired civil engineer. Longboat Harbour is a 300 unit association on Longboat Key. They have 14 buildings on 30 acres with four swimming pools and 60 boat docks.

Janis Tanner has accepted the manager's position at Coronado Towers in New Smyrna Beach. Coronado Towers is a 41 unit oceanfront condominium with a rental program. Stratford at Pelican Bay in Naples selected Frank and Donna Strachan as their new resident management team. The Stratford is a beautiful 82 unit high rise located on the Gulf of Mexico. We are very happy about these and other recent placements. We look forward to continuing to meet the needs of board members and managers through our recruiting service.
