Carlyle House Has Hired George and Cheryl Dunivant!
I hope you are enjoying your summer. This summer season has been very active for our recruiting service. We are currently working with over 80 associations and management companies in Florida to assist them in their search for a manager. George and Cheryl Dunivant were recently hired as the new management team at Carlyle House in Palm Beach. Carlyle House has 86 units and is on the intracoastal. George and Cheryl are relocating back to the area from Illinois (for more about George and Cheryl, please see below).
Tom Bouvier is the new manager of Clarendon Condominium in Highland Beach. He has been a manager for 14 years in Florida and North Carolina. Elliott Merrill has hired Jim Shepherd as a portfolio manager. He will be responsible for managing multiple associations in Indian River and Saint Lucie Counties.
Henry Mattila has already begun his new job as manager of Majestic Isles in Boynton Beach. Majestic Isles is a 450 unit homeowners associations on 119 acres with many activities for the residents to participate in. Peter Diaz has been hired by Coral Hospitality Management to be the manager of Cité in Miami. Cité is a beautiful, upscale new condominium with 470 units. Peter said, "I love my new job and I'm very impressed with Coral Hospitality Management. It is our goal to bring hotel service to condominiums."

It's nice to be back! After a three year leave to own and operate a historic bed and breakfast in Illinois, we are glad to return to south Florida and community association management. We are doubly fortunate to be back in the Palm Beach area among friends and fellow managers. We look forward to our personal and professional association with them and involvement in the Palm Beach Community Managers Association.
We appreciate the opportunity to serve our condominium residents with the best of our knowledge, experience and service to make their homes and association the best it can be. We look forward to bringing our personal work ethic, fairness and integrity to the job.
We are excited that our daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Brady, who live in Stuart, are expecting their first child in September. They will bless us with our fourth grandchild, which we fully intend to love and spoil to the best of our ability.
We are glad to be back among fellow managers and friends and to be involved in the association management field.
