A detailed resume is a very important part of a successful job search. It should include your work history. Your current position or most recent position should listed first and then the previous positions should be added after. The names of employers, job title, location, as well as the dates of employment should be included. Specifics about your duties, responsibilities and accomplishments may be presented for each position. You may relate your past experience to the position you are applying for. The purpose of the resume is to get an interview. It shouldnt be longer than 2 pages, you can expand on your experience and qualifications at the interview.
