Carl Forrest is the new manager of 3120 Condominium in Palm Beach. 3120 is a beautiful oceanfront association with a pool and tennis courts. Carl brings with him over 20 years of community association management experience. Most recently, he was the manager of Pines of Delray West in Delray Beach. Carl is pleased with his new position. Phoenix Towers in Singer Island has hired Don Campbell to manage their community. Phoenix Towers has 176 units in twin towers on Singer Island. Don has participated in many educational courses and recently became a master gardener.
